orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of ordering using tracked delivery, uk orders shall receive their item(s) within 72 hours of dropoff.

international orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout, orders will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering, delivery time may vary depending on which part of the world the order is going to, a standard timeframe is between 5 and 21 days.

returns

To begin a return, sign into your customer account and select the relevant order, or contact us at maks@formbeyondmatter.com.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return address and instructions.

After notifying us, the item must be sent back within a further 14 days. Returns sent without first submitting a request may take longer to process.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items may be carefully tried on but must not have been worn beyond this, washed, altered, repaired or damaged.

Where handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop reduces an item’s value, a corresponding deduction may be made from the refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of change-of-mind return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and adequately insured service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or materially different from its description, Form Beyond Matter will cover reasonable return costs.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving evidence that it has been sent back. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

The least expensive standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for express or enhanced delivery is non-refundable.
